Fitness Journey

Still keeping up with this journal, even though it is a random once-a-month thing. I am still trying to eat healthier and exercise more and keep hoping that weight and body shape improvements will be a natural result.  I KNOW that I am fitter than I was in January, but I'm not seeing much in the way of results in the body to prove it (although weight is down 2 lbs from last month).  The lack of significant change is disappointing. But I have also been unable to tame the sugar monster that resides within me. Still looking for the solution to that one.  If any of you figures it out, you could probably become rich and famous quickly!

Keep going, Cheri, you're doing so well - I know it can be hard, though. Visible progress can be so motivating, but keep remembering the invisible progress! xx

You are so brave... and consistency is key, as far as being consistent in doing something... Can you breathe better walking upstairs? That's huge! Do you generally feel more energetic? That's progress. Keep it up!! I'm cheering you on from over here!

I weigh less than you, but all my measurements are way bigger than yours, so I'd guess you are having some results from all your hard work. Hang in there, it's never easy and gets much harder as you get older!
