Macaroni and Cheese

This macaroni and cheese recipe is a family favorite that I can make with my eyes closed. It is the same way my Mom used to make it when I was a kid. There were never leftovers then - and usually there aren't now either!  In the photo I used penne noodles only because we were out of macaroni that day - LOL - looks a little silly but tastes the same!

I had to smile because I suddenly thought about macaroni cheese today and made it this evening for dinner, and my Dad said "This is delicious - have we had this in living memory?". I must remember more often! You are not alone in liking it, clearly.

Sounds yummy! Robbie makes homemade Macaroni & Cheese with three (or four) different cheeses & it's always delicious.
