Week 6 was an 8.5x11 layout featuring a then/now story. I did it and was happy with it. Then I looked at other layouts in the gallery and got some ideas from fellow classmates...
And changed it up to a 12x12 just by adding more paper and borders. The heart borders are from Krystal Hartley's newest release - Basically Edgy #6. The papers are from a very old blog train freebie kit by Bohemian Art and I couldn't find that designer online now.
Which version should I print for our album???

It's the journaling I love on this one, so either version works for me :) As we get ready to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary this summer, my mind is thinking along similar lines and this really struck a chord with me today
I like the 12x12 the best, and I agree with Sian - the journaing is truly what makes this layout. Sounds like a beautiful relationship!
I think I probably prefer the second page...love the colours and borders...but like the others it's the journaling that I like the best....and feel in a pretty similar position to you myself.
Your journaling is wonderful and you cover such a lot in just two columns ... As for design, well, bing a clean and simple gal I would just have to go for the top one with that lovely subtle background ....
Gosh, don't ask such a hard question!
I love your journaling - either version is fine, the story is the best bit!
Wonderful story!! I love the border so I would have to pick the second version.
I think I like the first one better, but it's really close. I wonder what the second would look like with just one of the heart borders.

Yep!..it's the journalling that does it, but I do love the hearts on the second one!

I love this page, Cheri. Your journaling is always so thoughtful. Cool how you changed it up to a 12x12!
The journaling is the important thing. But I do like the addition of the borders and that extra white space/angled block combo on the 12x12.
Like the others, it's the journaling that makes this page for me. But I love the two photos as well. I vote for the clean and simple one myself. Like Sian, it struck a chord with me. Our 40th wedding anniversary is coming up, and I have been one very fortunate woman!
