There isn't a 'late' in my book, Cheri! and it was lovely to see your link. Your moment feels so very peaceful ... and I am intrigued how just being present with the question and following your thoughts took you to where you needed to go. Hoping that Rachel's return will be a positive one for you all. And thank-you so much for joining in again this month :). (PS That's a stunning photo ...)
I've been re-reading The Artist's Way lately!! I'm doing the morning pages, but not necessarily every day. I'm doing monthly Inspiration Dates with my friend Ellyn, but I haven't really done the weekly dates alone yet. I'm not really lacking inspiration though so I'll save those for another time when I feel like getting out of my craft room (which I just rearranced & hope you'll get to see in person!).
I love this Cheri. I have done 'morning pages' and found it really beneficial. It really lifted me out of the grey place I was in. I do it now if I feel myself heading that way. I like the photo frame you used on your page.
I think I completed about 8 weeks in the Artist's Way and really enjoyed it all. May get back to it someday. Liked the morning pages and wouldn't mind returning to it. Thanks so much for you comments on my coffee chat post. It's nice to know I'm not alone. Rinda
A lovely moment! Gentle rain and solitude, all good. Like you, morning pages...not sold but, I do journal my thoughts nearly everyday. Contradictory? So enjoyed your moment and Alexa's encouraging us to take time to connect within. Cheers~

I loved the peacefulness of this moment - knowing it is all temporary but still valid and valuable is important isn't it?
