Cheri....I love the quote you've put on this page....I can really empathise with that one.

Your pages turned out great Cheri. Way to go staying positive! I'm down 4 1/2 for the year, so very similar experience. March is off to a pretty good start with the Moving More & I've given up Coca-Cola again for now. Let's keep marching along together - every healthy decision is a good one!!

Slow and sure has to be the right way to reach your goal. You'll get there

What a fab quote at the end there, I love it. Us ladies have so many other issues that can affect our weight that I am sure you will see that needle on the scales moving downwards again very soon.

Well, I subscribe to the "slow and steady wins the race" club because there doesn't seem to be any other way. I've been working on losing 12 pounds since last June. I was down 8 at one point, but am back up 2 again. I want it all off by my birthday in May, but exercise has now been sidelined by bursitis in my knee. I think it's old age that's doing ME in.

Keep at it Cheri, I know that you will make it! You are strong and capable - keep going!

I, like others, am wishing you well here. Weight gain when we exercise is normal because muscle weights more than fat. :) Hope you can keep going ...

Thanks for the inspiration Cheri. I need to get remeasured and weighed. I think I'm slowly gaining this year as well. I definitely need to stop making silly choices. I did give up chips for lent, but I need to decrease the number of cookies and candy bars that find their way into my mouth!

I love the color choices for your pages. I have more time now to actually focus on my health and will start to make some plans this week to start next week. You have given me inspiration and I agree with everyone else - keep it up! You can do it!

I love your color scheme! I posted about mine too...trying to do a link up party, but it's not taking off very well! Just don't have time to commit to a monthly blog hop...even though I know that would likely take off a lot better.
