LSNED

Yes, the sticker chart is doing a pretty good job of keeping me on track!

Becca didn't get what she wanted for her birthday. She wasn't at all shy about voicing her displeasure either.

Because thinking you know a better way home can add an extra 15 minutes onto your trip!

Heading out to the doctor first thing in the morning (when you are normally exercising and writing morning pages) throws everything out of whack.  Thank goodness for reminders!

You can't always fight it and soldier through. Sometimes you just have to surrender.

Every one of these statements is so true, and I'll be there are a lot of us who have had similar experiences. I had to laugh at the first one---true for kids as well as adults.

Yes, I giggled at the first one as well, it seems ridiculous that something so simple can have that effect on you - but hey, if it works, then stick to it!

Some very interesting lessons there Cheri! A nap is always good. I'm right with you on that one.

A good assortment of lessons.
I have one DD who would have done exactly as Becca did....and one who would have tried not to look disappointed....and pretended to be pleased with what she got....chalk and cheese [that may be an English expression, not sure]!!

Beautiful pages all of them. I smiled in particular at the 13th - My Becc's birthday is the 10th and as I read your words I had the image of mine in mind and boy did it make me shiver lol
