Our Kwanzan Cherry tree is in bloom - the last flowering tree to bloom in the Spring around here. Once this tree blooms, everything becomes fully leafed out in a matter of about a week. Pretty soon there will be green completely surrounding my sun room - love it!
All those fluffy pink flowers - so pretty!
Getting a little artsy with the curling branches framing the neighbor's little shed. I think this one is crying out for adding some texture, but I don't have time right now.
delicate petals against rough bark - yum. And the blue/pink mottled bokeh in the background was a happy accident!

What a gorgeous tree.
You are so fortunate to have such a beautiful thing in your garden - lovely to hear how much you admire and appreciate it.
That final shot hits the mark for me - stunning!
Gorgeous! The last shot is especially gorgeous! I can't wait to be surrounded by green!

beautiful blooms and what a lovely thought being surrounded by green leaves
Gorgeous - that flower and bark shot is absolutely lovely.
Such beautiful light, especially in the last picture. Cherry blossoms always remind me of childhood because there were lots on our street growing up :)
Lovely photos!!! I've just finished all my chores for the day and after a little blog surfing I'm going to upload my photos from our trip - I have a couple of ZIZO ones in there!
Love love love that last picture... Gorgeous ZIZO Cheri
I love to see the cherry blossom in full bloom. That last shot is a cracker.
