A Simple Moment in April

I missed out on Alexa's "Simply A Moment" in March and found myself wishing I'd made the time.  I've decided to keep these layouts at 8.5 x 11 and keep them altogether in a single binder (as opposed to filing them away in my Library of Memories albums), along with my layouts from Sian's "Pick Your Precious" Story Telling Sundays in a binder. They end up being short essays about life and love and the little things that matter most.  I think it will someday be a very interesting book to read through!

For more Simple Moment stories, check out the links on Alexa's page!

I love your idea of printing these out as layouts. I might do the same.
Beautiful writing today - I can feel the sun on my face.

I have so enjoyed your delightful and detailed description, Cheri: so redolent of (what we all hope are) the days to come, as well as capturing so clearly the feel of now. I feel as if I slipped through a crack into your world for a moment :). Thank-you so much for joining in this month, and I am glad that it has become so meaningful for you.

I think it'll be a fascinating book to page through years from now..I often wish I had one from years ago to read now..

Your photo is fabulous Cheri!
I am adding all my Simple Moment and month in numbers to my project life photobook - I think they add so much to our albums and having yours all in the one place is a very good idea.

I love the page you've made with your 'moment'.....and it sounds [and almost feels] like the perfect Spring day.

Agreeing with the others that it will make a fascinating book to read in a few years time. Imagine if we'd been organised enough to start this when the kids were little?

What a relaxing moment to record!

I always smile when someone mentions that the outdoor furniture is put away - I never even realized people did that until a few years ago! LOL Sometimes it's so obvious I've always lived in the south. We only move moved the furniture in if a hurricane was coming.

I can't decide which I like better--your description or your layout. Either way...well done!

Thank you for sharing your moment - the picture you painted in my mind will probably be the most peaceful moment of my day. :)
