I'm writing this post on Monday, the 3rd, but setting it to go live on my blog on Thursday, the 6th. I had finished these little canvases and needed to have them on their way to their new owners before this post went live. Hopefully at least one of them will be in hand before the big reveal!

For Karen - who asked for the Mary Oliver quote. I chose the colors for her canvas
based on one of her favorite color schemes for the cards she makes - kraft, black,
and red. I even used some of the rub-ons she had sent me! So they went right
back to her, just in a different form. |

For Sian, who gave me no direction, but who loves books and
telling stories, and vintage color schemes,
this just seemed the right way to go.

Cheri, my heart leapt when I saw this! Honestly I think it is absolutely stunning. So stunning I think I might cry. How can I ever thank you? I love it x
ps, you know, you don't even need to send it, just this picture is enough!
wow Cheri! I think you should call yourself 'Canvas Girl' because you really do them so well!! Im a bit jealous actually as I have tried art journalling and haven't found the courage to try it on a canvas yet lol. I love your work xx
These are without a doubt truly beautiful
These are fantastic - I can see why Sian is so moved - they are lucky ladies. Think you should be setting up an Etsy shop with them :0)
These are just gorgeous. I especially love the one you made for Sian and I'm not surprised her heart leapt at the sight of it :o)
Cheri ~ These are both so wonderful! I love that you designed them so perfectly to fit both Karen and Sian. AMAZING pieces of art here, my friend.
