She didn't mention the adorable kitties and the fairies. I'm known as "crazy cat lady" cause I love my cats,and presently have 3 I love fairies and do a whole Christmas tree in fairies every year. She hit upon my favorite things, my love of all things Red Hat and who I am at this stage in my life. I am so proud of this piece and so honored to have received it from her. I absolutely love it! I'm so proud of Cheri, all she does and who she has become. She's multi talented and inspirational, and I love her so very much. I will treasure this piece forever. It's the second most wonderful piece of herself that she's given me. The first was a quilt that defies description. I'm a very lucky Mom.

I don't really know what to say after reading your Mum's comment - it is beautiful and it is no wonder you have been able to create such a beautiful piece of art with her as inspiration!
