I have been called on the carpet for not updating my blog. Apparently someone actually reads it... and wants to hear from me. Maybe someone who is a little homesick. Someone whose postcard just arrived today:

How is she going? HOw is the family doing without her?
I'm sure it does; nothing better than a message from one of your kids who's not at home! It's funny I never thought about the blog being important to my family! Not sure it is, although I do know my daughter (and sometimes my SIL) do read it.
She's not the only one that reads it,Cheri!!!! But I bet it makes her feel a little nearer home when she does!
It can't be long til she's home now, can it?

WOW! You sure have a lot going on right now! You did so much in your de-cluttering effort! As someone who now lives with every single surface being bare though..sometimes called "staging", I can tell you it is highly overrated. I can't wait to be able to ADD clutter to my life again!
