Oh you poor thing. How we take good health for granted eh? I do hope that you see and feel some improvement very soon. In the meantime, rest and accept every offer of help that comes your way x

Sad to hear that you are suffering so, Cheri! Gosh, I wish there was a simple solution for you.

On the bright side, I really love your moment in time and the page you made to go with it. I found it interesting to learn what you hear when you listen - the windchime, a shooting range, and a plane - so different from where I live and the things I hear when I listen.

Take care of yourself!!! xo

I am so touched that you can even think of a Simple Moment in the midst of such stress and distress, Cheri. I was so hopeful too that the changes you were making would be of benefit to you, and this must be so difficult to envisage right now. Hoping for an easing of pain for you, and some energy - and if I could pop right over with my apron on, I would be there in a heartbeat! Thank-you so much for your vivid writing and for linking up, and hoping for better moments for you ...

Oh gosh yes, we certainly understand. Cheri, I am disappointed the new dietry changes haven't been as helpful as you thought they might, take care and rest as much as you can. Sending good thoughts your way!

I left good wishes on the previous post. We've been trying a major new shift in eating this month. I certainly don't have health issues like you do, but I have been having unexplained, undiagnosed issues since June. Like you, I hoped the change in diet might make a difference, and like you, it doesn't seem to have. But again, like you, it's the healthiest we've ever eaten, and I think we'll stay on this path for quite some time.

Healthier choices are sometimes all you can aim for. Hope you find a cleaning fairy and the flare dies down. Agreeing with Deb what you hear and what I hear here are quite different and therefore always interesting.
